At Strand, our HD Fine art reproduction canvas prints on deep edge canvas are manufactured using a solid wood pine stretcher frame that is 38mm in height and 35mm in width. The HD premium canvas print is guaranteed 90 years + indoors. The HD print has fantastic scuff and abrasion resistance and is printed on a high quality 390gsm artist grade canvas.  Each canvas is then stretched by a professional to ensure a high quality product.

Please note order is for a pack of 6 canvas prints. However you can upload up to 6 images for each pack which will allow customers to access volume discounts for relatively low production runs.

Canvas Image Wrap Explanation
Mirror wrap
 The image edge is mirrored on the sides. Works fantastic for abstract art and landscape images and means you do not lose any of the image around the sides of the canvas
Gallery Wrap The image is printed around the edges. User uploading image must consider that you will lose over 1inch of the edge of your image all around on standard edge canvas and close to 2 inches of the image all around the side on deep edge canvas.
White Wrap White edge wrap well known. Black edge or any other coloured edge wrap can be done.

Measure the width and height of your artwork or print — not the frame you want. The frame's internal opening (rebate) must match your print size. If your print is 30x40cm, order a 30x40cm frame. If your print is A4 (210x297mm), order an A4 frame. For prints with a white border you want to keep, measure the full print including the border. Visit our measuring guide for step-by-step instructions.

All our standard frames come complete with 2mm clear glass and backing board. Selected frames also include a pre-cut white mount. Everything you need to display your print is in the box — simply insert your artwork and hang. Check the individual product description to confirm what is included with your specific frame.

Our frames are manufactured from solid wood with hand-finished joins — not MDF or composite. Solid wood frames are more durable, lighter per unit, and more premium in appearance than MDF alternatives. They are suitable for professional framing, gallery display, and resale.

Yes — Strand Framing offers made-to-measure custom frames in any size using our online frame builder. Click the "Design Custom Frame" button on the product page to configure your exact dimensions, mount colour, glazing type, and moulding profile. Custom frames are priced per frame and have a short lead time.

Stock frame orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Standard delivery to Ireland takes 1–2 working days; UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Custom frames have a slightly longer lead time — see the product page for current estimated dispatch. Free delivery thresholds apply — check the cart for current offers.

Stock frames can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom-made frames and cut-to-size mounts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty — as these are made to your specific measurements. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

The mount aperture should be slightly smaller than your print — typically 5–10mm smaller on each side so the mount overlaps the edge of the print and holds it in place. For example, a 10x8" print typically uses a mount with an 8x6" aperture. Our picture mounts are available in a wide range of sizes and colours. You can also order a custom-cut mount to any size.
